You retain ownership of any files or documents you upload to our Services. By uploading content, you grant PanaPDF a limited license to process and deliver your content as part of our Services.

3.2 No Warranty of Quality

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that processed files will be 100% perfect or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or formatting changes that may occur during processing.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of PanaPDF, you are responsible for:

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from scheduled or unscheduled service interruptions, downtime, or temporary unavailability of our Services.

6. File Retention & Auto-Deletion

Important: All files uploaded to PanaPDF are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not retain copies of your documents after this period.

It is your responsibility to download and save your processed files within the retention period. PanaPDF is not responsible for any loss of files due to non-retrieval or network issues on your end.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
